Admiral Solutions and each of our team members must abide by the following 'Code for Professional Conduct Principles', as sanctioned by the RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association) and governed by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).
Our team proudly observes a high standard of ethics, probity and professional conduct which requires not simply compliance with the law; but extends to honesty, equity, integrity, social and environmental responsibility in all dealings and holds up to disclosure and to public scrutiny.

Must act honestly in all dealings with Candidates, Clients, Consultants and all Affliates
Must not undertake to unlawfully jeopardise a Candidate's engagements,
nor interfere in work relationships established by others
Must comply with all legal, statutory and Government requirements
Must act diligently in assessing OH&S safety risks
Must ensure that Candidates are given details of their work conditions
Must work to develop a satisfactory and up-to-date level of relevant professional knowledge
Are encouraged to use the processes of negotiation, mediation and then finally arbitration to resolve disputes
We must observe a high standard of ethics, probity and professional conduct which requires not simply compliance with the law; but extends to honesty, equity, integrity, social and environmental responsibility in all dealings and holds up to disclosure and to public scrutiny.
We must not engage in any form of conduct that is prejudicial to the objectives of the RCSA.
We must act honestly in all dealings with Candidates, Clients, Consultants, Affiliates and the Public.
We must not knowingly:
- make false statement of material fact;
- fail to disclose a material fact;
- make representation as to future matters without having reasonable grounds for making it.
Admiral's team members who place job advertisements must take care that advertisements accurately describe what, if any, jobs are available and that all information given about a job before or during an interview with Candidates is accurate and not misleading.
We must only advertise positions for which we have permission to recruit.
All fees, charges and services provided must be explicitly and fully disclosed to Clients prior to the acceptance of an assignment, or prior to any work being undertaken for a Client.
We must not undertake actions that may unfairly or unlawfully jeopardise a Candidate's engagements to perform work.
We must not undertake actions that may unfairly or unlawfully interfere in work relationships established by others.
We must not attempt unfairly or unlawfully to prevent a Candidate from seeking work from other sources.
We must act lawfully, fairly and ethically with respect to our involvement in Transition Dealings. Transition Dealings means dealings for the transition of on-hired Candidates from their Employment Service Supplier in response to a Client's requirements.
We must comply with all legal, statutory and government requirements.
We will not engage in any form of collusive practices.
We shall take reasonable steps to ensure, so far as practicable, that all new Employees, Contractors, Consultants and Candidates honour their legal obligations to their previous employers and principles.
We must act diligently in assessing occupational health and safety risks for which we are statutorily responsible.
We must not knowingly subject Candidates, Clients, Consultants and staff, or Members of the Public to any significant safety risk without their informed consent.
We shall inform our temporary / contract workers whenever we have reason to believe that any particular assignment causes an occupational health and safety risk.
We must ensure that Candidates are given details of their work conditions, the nature of the work to be undertaken, rates of pay and pay arrangements.
We must take reasonable steps to ensure that any material variations to the engagement of a Candidate only occur with prior agreement of the Candidate, Client and Admiral Solutions as the case may be.
We must take reasonable steps to ensure the certainty of their engagement:
a) by a Client to provide an Employment Service - extending to such matters as:
- position description and duties;
- inherent requirements of the position;
- remuneration and conditions attached to the position;
- any reference, background, or suitability check required by the Client
to be performed in respect of the position;
- disclosure of Client;
- disclosure of Candidate information, assessment or valuation;
- agreement regarding all relevant terms of business including any guarantee;
b) by a Candidate - extending to agreement regarding all matters relevant to Admiral Solutions representation of the Candidate.
We must work diligently to develop and maintain a satisfactory and up-to-date level of relevant professional knowledge.
We must ensure that all members of the Admiral's team are adequately trained and skilled to undertake their responsibilities.
Concerns regarding misconduct by any member of the Admiral's team will be reviewed by the Director/s of Admiral Solutions Pty Ltd in accordance with the RCSA Code of Conduct / Ethics and will be dealt with in accordance to the Admiral's published Disciplinary & Dispute Resolution Procedure; this may also involve referring such individual/s to the RCSA Ethics Registrar.
Any member of the Admiral's team must bring to the attention of the Director/s of Admiral Solutions Pty Ltd any violations of this Code by any member of the team at the earliest possible time.
Admiral's team members are encouraged to use the processes of negotiation, mediation and then finally arbitration in order to resolve disputes and must endeavour to do so wherever practicable.
